Job Title: Office Assistant (Home Care Agency)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No weekends required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations in our home care agency. The ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, and has experience in home care and/or office administration.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties 
  •  Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers 
  •  Help with scheduling and coordination of services 
  •  Maintain accurate records and documentation 
  •  Support team with general office operations 
Requirements:

  •  Must pass a background check 
  •  Must complete a urine drug screening 
  •  Must complete a competency evaluation 
  •  Strong reliability and dependability 
  •  Willingness to learn and grow within the company 
  •  Previous home care and/or office experience preferred 
Preferred Qualities:

  •  Good communication skills 
  •  Organized and detail-oriented 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
