Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Lexington, SC. This is a part-time position with a split shift schedule.

- Shift 1: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Shift 2: 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Description: As a PCA at Integrity In-Home Care LLC, you will provide essential in-home assistance to clients, ensuring they receive the care they need to maintain independence and well-being. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in the client's condition
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a PCA or in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
